The building serves as the central block of the test track, with the function of main visitor entrance to the site, and includes rooms and spaces for public events. The offices of the entire test track are also located here.

Visitors to the test track arrive at this building, which is positioned at the junction of the test track's public access route. With its central location in the site, the freestanding building becomes the link between the partitioned test zones and workspaces, and external visitors.
